What is Womans Health?
We are very fortune to have the amazing Pelvic Health Specialist Physiotherapist Karen Crudden at the clinic. Karen offers evening and weekend clinics as she works in the NHS during the day.

A word from Karen:
“My goal is simple: to improve the lives of men and women affected by pelvic health issues. My passion is to provide the highest quality of pelvic health care. To achieve this goal I have completed extensive post graduate training in the field of women’s, men’s and children’s pelvic health. More recently I have completed a Masters in Continence and Women’s Health from Curtin University, Australia to ensure delivery of clinical excellence to you.
Since graduating from Jordanstown University with a first class degree in physiotherapy in 2009, I have been passionate about helping people regain their health and well being. I have gained international experience working in both New Zealand and Australia for industry leaders in pelvic health and musculoskeletal care. From treating and listening to you I quickly realized how debilitating pelvic floor issues can be and this stimulated my passion for pelvic health physiotherapy.
To improve your health and well being my approach combines expert knowledge and experience, evidenced based treatments and empowerment to help men and women gain the very best from life once more. There are a wide range treatment options for pelvic health issues, and if not correctly prescribed they can actually make symptoms worse. If you feel you have made no improvement in the past, or are starting out on your rehab journey, lets connect, I would love to work with you.”
