I first came to Stephen last summer after a training camp in Mallorca, where I unfortunately hit a van on ... I first came to Stephen last summer after a training camp in Mallorca, where I unfortunately hit a van on a descent and ended up breaking my tibia. Stephen advised me on rehab and treated the leg weekly. My range of motion at the start was non existent, but I quickly found swift progress. I was able to maintain cycling training and racing in this time period and was even able to break Irish records, qualify for the world championships for Ireland and win a bronze medal at the Irish national time trial championships. Over this winter I have regained full strength in the leg and full range of motion. I can’t thank Stephen and your physio enough! Fully recommend!

Having seen many specialists and physios all which failed to locate the source of the problem, Stephen @ your physio was able to resolve. From the start Stephens intentions were not just to get me back on the pitch playing but to remove the issue altogether. 6 months later I’m stronger than before and pain free, with an abundance of knowledge on correct form and exercise choice moving forward to prevent injury in the future. I have been attending Stephen at Your Physio for 7 months now and my only regret is not coming sooner. ... I have been attending Stephen at Your Physio for 7 months now and my only regret is not coming sooner. As I was born with severe hip dysplasia/ hip dislocation and developed septic arthritis in my knees, I was no stranger to the operating table, consultants, and years of physio. Just before my 30th birthday, after years of debilitating pain, stiffness and losing more and more function, the consultant decided it was time for a hip replacement followed by knee surgeries. The surgery was primarily aimed at reducing the pain, but they could not guarantee how much function I would get back due to the severe muscle atrophy. I started working with Your Physio straight after the hip replacement. Stephen (and Katy) was so understanding and tailored a physio plan to my need and abilities. The appointments were all followed by a detailed list and instructions of the exercises sent by email immediately after. Stephen is always there at the end of the phone or email if I have any questions or need clarification. Stephen could see I was determined and continuously encourages me to reach my fully potential. Fast forward 7 months – for the first time in my life I AM PAIN FREE!! The consultants have all commented on how well my progress has been and that I have exceeded their expectations. I can now climb stairs, go out on walks with my family, sit and drive for long periods with zero stiffness, lift and carry my children – even put on my own socks and tights, all somewhat small things that people take for granted but I have never been able to do before. I could have never achieved all this, post-surgery, on my own. Even better than that – the consultant has declared I no longer need the knee surgeries and has discharged me for their care. To say I am over the moon is an understatement. I have been with a number of physios, but I can honestly say none of them come close to the care and expertise that I have received from Stephen and the physios at Your Physio. My journey is no where near the end yet, but I am truly amazed at what I have achieved under Stephen’s care in the past 7 months so roll on the rest of this journey. I highly recommend Your Physio for all your physio needs. 10/10 service.

I'd been struggling with a knee injury since June and was at the point where I was walking with a ... I'd been struggling with a knee injury since June and was at the point where I was walking with a limp. I've always been encouraged to go see a physio but didn't think it was for me. I wish I had of went sooner because after 3 sessions I'm already back in light training and no limp. Thanks Emma McGonagle, absolutely delighted with the treatment.

After many years of playing different sports and picking up different injuries I have seen my fair share of physiotherapists,osteopaths ... After many years of playing different sports and picking up different injuries I have seen my fair share of physiotherapists,osteopaths even doctors, But for me stephen at your physio was by far the best and most effective. last year I suffered a ruptured achillies tendon, I doubted that i would be able to return to running for a long time never mind returning training in my sports (gaelic/bjj), I opted not to go down the surgery route. Stephen had me back training bjj and gaa within 9 months and back playing gaa within a year of the injury, what I really liked about stephen was that he had my rehab plan sent out to me by email after every session, and he was always open responsive and willing to help if I had any questions. I couldn't recommend Stephen and the team at your physio enough, the highest level of professionalism and very friendly and easy to deal with.

I started treatment with Stephen at YourPhysio in April 2020 after I had a spinal operation in February. During lockdown ... I started treatment with Stephen at YourPhysio in April 2020 after I had a spinal operation in February. During lockdown Stephen was guiding me through a rehabilitation program through online video call sessions and I built on this in one to one sessions with Stephen at the clinic where both the treatment room and the rehabilitation room are put to use. Stephen was absolutely fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. The exercise program he put together was well explained/demonstrated and made perfect sense. I am now back playing football every week at about 80% pain free but just with some stiffness due to the nature of the surgery. A massive difference from being in pain 24/7! I can honestly say Stephen has been the best physio I have attended and I have been to a lot down the years being involved with football.

After being advised by my Medical Practice that no operative treatment was available for my arthritic ankle l attended Stephen for physio. After 3 weeks he advised that l needed to see an Orthopaedic consultant because he was not getting the desired improvement. Stephen then located a consultant in a Clinic in England who was willing to see me. In December last l was admitted for surgery which was very successful and l am now back attending Stephen for the follow up physio. Stephen and the team are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Their opening hours facilitate appointments in out of work hours. Very highly recommended for excellent care and attention.

I had attended originally with a shoulder injury which was preventing me from working. Stephen's hands-on work and rehabilitation exercises got me back to work and importantly getting back to my home life and hobbies. Some years later I experienced an excruciating back injury, again Steven took me through his rehabilitation of getting back to normal at work and home life. This was a very difficult time in which I found him essential to continue with work. I have recommended him to many others and will continue to do so.
